Randy B. Kramer, CPA
|
Randy is the firm owner and senior CPA. He has over 40 years business experience, starting with eight years in the US Army. After his time in the Army, he spent 13 years with IBM in various financial and managerial roles. After leaving IBM, he spent several years consulting with fortune 500 companies, helping them implement computer solutions to their workflow and business issues. During the 1990s and early 2000s, Randy taught, on a part time basis, at Kennesaw State University. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Illinois - Springfield and passed the Uniform CPA Exam in 1980. |
Jennifer Cole,

Jennifer Cole graduated with honors from North Georgia College & State University in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining the firm, she was with a small CPA firm in Jasper, GA for two years. Jennifer joined the firm in 2006. Her responsibilities include income tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll. She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs. Jennifer is a native of Fannin county. |
Jamie L. Howell, CPA

Jamie L. Howell, CPA is a native of Cherokee County; she was born and raised in Ball Ground, GA. She attended Kennesaw State University where in 2004 she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. In 2006 she graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Accounting, with a concentration in Tax. She passed the Uniform CPA exam in 2007 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining the firm in the Spring of 2006, she worked for a small accounting firm in Jasper, GA. She began her career in accounting during 2003. |
Jackie E. Seabolt, CPA

Jackie is a native of Fannin County. She graduated from Fannin County High School in 1998. She then attended Truett McConnell College and graduated with an Associates in Art degree. From there she continued her education at Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. Jackie has worked in the accounting field for over 8 years, with 5 of those years employed with this firm. Jackie is a very active member in various local business & civic organizations. She is the Treasurer of the Fannin County Empty Stocking Program, Inc. She is also the Secretary/Board Member of the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce. Jackie is married to Shawn Seabolt and they have two sons, Eric and Luke. |
